I have So Many Good Things To Say About Our New Insider Bat
It’s a simple training aid that does so many good things for all hitters and all ages… and all just by swinging! It can be used with a solo player who has no one to work with or for a team practice station and should be in every coaches or instructors bag.
If a player swings with correct mechanics, the ball rockets off the Insider Bat as a line drive up the middle. If the player beats it into the ground or pops it up, she will make the adjustment right here & now on her next swing.
She will not need coaxing or convincing… the proof is right there; and this dear parents and coaches is what we all know to be true… If the player believes its true, it is a fact… (how else are we convinced to purchase $300+ bats… because our players just “know” it will improve their game!?)
Work On Your Weak Points!
Every player does some things well and some things… not so much.
When players are in the cage or at batting practice, they really want to do well.

Hitter's Drills To Get Quick Success From Your Insider Bat
Start with Batting Tee Station Drills keeping the ball on a tee in the middle of the player's stance and the body's centerline. Properly executed, you will hit line drives straight up the middle (just like the video above).
Sequence A - Batting Tee Station - 2 Hand Swing

Take 5 "swings" but stop at contact!
This allows coach or player to see if hitter is in the palm up/palm down; player will see and adjust if the flat hitting zone is of the Insider Bat is meeting the back of the ball. Its simply right or wrong and easy to spot.

Progress to racks of 10 swings at 50% batspeed.
Observe progress and consistency. If successful advance to step #3. If not, repeat until improvement in 10 swings increments followed by a short break to regroup.

Observe progress and consistency. If successful advance to step #4. If not, repeat until improvement in 10 swings increments followed by a short break to regroup.

The bottom hand is the all important power arm in your baseball swing.

Isolating this arm (separately) from the top hand and arm will help unleash your maximum potential power.
Find Your Size
- Have batter place fists together
- Measure from top to bottom
- Choose appropriate model below based on those measurements
In the picture to the right, the batter's fists are 5" from top to bottom so he/she would need Model 05 (we do not carry this model).
